RETURN POLICY

Returns of products purchased through the e-shop are accepted within fourteen (14) days as long as there is proof of purchase and a completed Returns Form.

 

The 14 days start from the date of receipt of the order.

 

You can:

a) return the product to the Warehouse. In this case, the customer is responsible for shipping.

b) Return the product to the Hoper store in person without any additional charge.

In both cases you will need to have a completed Returns Form and proof of purchase.

 

The products to be returned must be in excellent condition, without damage, scratches and in its original packaging. 

 

Charges:

In the event that an incorrect product has been shipped, the charge for return shipping is borne by the store. 

If you do not wish to keep the product you ordered for your own reasons, then you are responsible for the return shipping charges.  

 

It will take 14 days for us to process your return request and for you to be reimbursed. This period starts from the moment all the products to be returned are received in our Warehouse.

ATTENTION: Product returns after purchase from the Hoper.gr physical store will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at his own expense.

 

The refund process will be done in the same way as the purchase was made, regardless of the return address (bank deposit, card,).

 

The only exception is the purchase with cash on delivery where the refund will be made by bank deposit.
